Medical Conditions - When booking a treatment with 'The Hideout', you must inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy or if you are breast feeding with your therapist and at the time of your booking. If you have any uncertainty you must seek medical advice from your doctor. A consultation will be carried out by your therapist before your treatment. Please be aware that some conditions will mean that you cannot have certain treatments and you may not be able to have a treatment that day or your therapist will suggest an alternative treatment. This will not be discounted.

Payments - Payments can be made by cash or Bank Transfer. Cheques are accepted if no other form of payment is available.

Data Security - Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.

Mobile Massage Etiquette - Your mobile therapist may arrive up to 10 minutes before the start of your treatment. This will allow her to set up the equipment. If for any reason your mobile therapist is over 30 minutes late, for reasons beyond her control, and the therapist still has time to carry out your treatment you will be offered 50% of your treatment price. If the therapist is over 30 minutes late and does not have time to fully carry out your treatment you will be allowed to re book and receive the same treatment for free next time.

Loyalty Card - When booking your free treatment with a loyalty card,  you must book in for another treatment first. As this is an additional treat from us. So you are able to enjoy a longer treatment at the same time. You are not permitted to book it alone.

Gift Voucher and Treatment Courses - Gift Vouchers and treatment courses are valid for 6 months, unless otherwise stated, and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Please have it with you for the appointment. The 24hr cancellation policy still applies to treatment course bookings and gift vouchers, but 100% of the treatment price will be redeemed from your voucher or course.

Pamper Parties - Pamper Packages are bespoke, and quotes are at the sole discretion of the business owner. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. An additional travel charge may also be incurred.

Prices - Treatment prices are non-negotiable and discounts and offers are at the discretion of the business owner. The Hideout retains the right to alter prices without prior notice. Distances over 12 miles radius of Cheltenham/Gloucester will incur an additional travel charge.

Parking - It is the client’s responsibility to be able to provide or advise parking prior to booking an appointment. Time spent by the therapist trying to find suitable parking if not advised by the client may be deducted from total treatment times.

Treatment Space- If under unusual circumstances a treatment is booked and there is not enough space to perform the treatment safely, an alternative treatment or an arrangement will be made. The therapist cannot take any responsibility for any treatment not carried out due to lack of space.

Male Clients - Please note that The Hideout will only accept Male Clients from a current client recommendation or for couple’s treatments. Due to the nature of mobile treatments, The Hideout retains the right to refuse service to a male client for the therapist’s safety.

Additional Travel - The Hideout covers a 12 mile radius of Cheltenham/Gloucester free of any travel charges (except for Pamper Parties), any travel over this limit will incur an additional travel charge, based on the postcode.
